Individual, Couple and Family Therapy

My Philosophy

I believe we can’t change the earlier events in our lives that may have significantly shaped who we have become, but we can change the impact of those experiences and learn new and more satisfying ways of responding to past, present and future circumstances. Using a strengths based approach, I assist individuals, couples and families who are seeking change and growth. Together we identify and address patterns of relating or behaving that are getting in the way of more balanced, effective and fulfilling relationships, both within themselves and with others.

My interests include building bridges between conventional and more holistic or complementary care and integrating a spiritual focus.

"When we enter the present moment deeply, our regrets and sorrows disappear
and we discover life with all its wonders."
Thich Nhat Hanh
